You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Dr. Jesse Couch offers individual and group counseling in a supportive, collaborative space where you can show up as you are and feel genuinely understood. Whether you’re exploring identity, navigating gender transition, working through depression, relationship concerns, or processing faith or spiritually based trauma, Jesse works alongside you to help you make sense of your experiences and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

With over five years of experience working with college students and young adults, Jesse understands the complexity of this stage of life and the unique pressures it can bring. He focuses on building a trusting therapeutic relationship where you can gain insight, develop practical skills, and reconnect with your strengths. His approach is warm, affirming, and tailored to your needs—helping you deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and feel more empowered in your daily life.

His work is grounded in humanistic and feminist values and integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), interpersonal process therapy, relational-cultural therapy, existential therapy, and strength-based practices.

Jesse earned his doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Southern Illinois University and completed his APA-accredited internship at the University of Tennessee–Knoxville Student Counseling Center in 2021.
