Looping thoughts can sneak into everything: decisions, conversations, relationships, and even identity. Maybe you replay things you said, or get stuck in what-ifs that won't quit. Sometimes thoughts get loud enough or uncomfortable enough that they feel scary. You don't have to sort through that by yourself. In therapy, we can slow all of that down, get curious about what's happening, name the patterns underneath it, and build tools that support the life you want outside of session.

I am trained in OCD and ERP and when exposure work fits, we'll approach it collaboratively, not with pressure. I also offer inference-based CBT as an alternative to traditional ERP. When anxiety and rumination is running the show, we'll work directly with that. Nothing is forced, and you don't have to censor yourself.

In sessions, you can expect warmth, curiosity, and plenty of room for questions (and maybe even some laughs along the way). If you're ready to make more room in your head, please don't hesitate to reach out.
