Hi everyone! I’m Emma, a Master’s student in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I’m so glad you’re here!

As an LMFT intern at Valid Love, I’m excited to be a part of your journey toward self-discovery and growth. My approach to therapy is integrative, which means I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods and models to best support your needs. I believe each person’s path is unique, and I’m here to work with you in a way that feels authentic and right for you.

I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step, but I am here to make that process as comfortable and empowering as possible.  Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or exploring your identity, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance and support.  Together, we’ll focus on your strengths and explore strategies to help you move forward with confidence, allowing you to embrace whatever comes next on your journey.

I’m passionate about working with individuals and couples, particularly within the LGBTQIA+ community, to create a safe, affirming space where you can explore your feelings, relationships, and experiences without fear of judgement.  My goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, fostering growth, authenticity, and fulfillment in your life.

Under the supervision of experienced, licensed therapists, I am honored to be a part of your path toward healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. My aim is to help you feel more connected to yourself and the people around you, with the compassion, respect, and support you deserve.
