I believe that even in life’s most difficult reasons, we all carry a deep capacity for resilience, healing, and growth. Therapy offers a space to slow down, breathe, and begin reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been silenced, overlooked, or weighed down by expectations. My role is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can show up just as you are and feel supported in your journey.

Much of my work is with people navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, identity questions, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I am passionate about supporting marginalized communities—especially the queer community and survivors of domestic or sexual violence- whose stories and experiences have too often been dismissed or misunderstood. Holding a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive perspective, I honor each person’s unique background and lived experience while also recognizing the broader systems that impact our lives.

My approach is relational and intuitive, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I tailor therapy to meet your needs in a way that feels supportive and authentic. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that shape your life, uncover new insights, and build on the strengths you already carry.

For me, therapy is sacred work. It’s not about fixing you-it’s about walking alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and create a life that feels more whole, connected, and true to who you are.
